We know that this year has been full of challenges, and we would like to say thank you for being with us on this journey of growth! With the start of a new month, we are excited to announce a whole load of new features like Indefinite Meeting Links, Work Hours and many more!
Having meeting links that never expire is finally here. Indefinite Meeting Links provide your guests with the flexibility to choose the best schedule for them — even if it's still next year. Meeting Links are now Indefinite by default but you can still choose to provide meeting options within a date range for time-sensitive meetings.
This release, we're also introducing the ability to set your Work Hours. By setting your work hours in Settings > Availability > Work Hours, you can now indicate your availability for all meetings. Making sure no one schedules a meeting with you on weekends or after hours has now become much easier.
Another big feature is the ability to view your Meeting Links. You can view your meeting links in the Create a meeting link page in the Dashboard and the MeetBit Chrome Extension. Copy the meeting links or generate new templated meeting options to reuse in your emails!
A few other remarkable changes this release are:
- Meeting Link Email Notifications - Get notified when someone schedules using your meeting link. All guests are also notified when the meeting gets rescheduled.
- Inviting Non-Meetbit Users - Easily invite your team to your workspace by adding them as members. Those without a MeetBit account will receive an email to signup and join your workspace.
- Familiar Timezones - You can now pick timezones using common timezone names such as "Philippine Standard Time".
It might seem like we've went all out this release and dropped a bomb on all of you. However, we do have a lot more in the bank and we'll make sure to keep it raining. Some features you can expect from us soon are:
- Interactive Calendar Dashboard
- Improved Email Notifications
- Improved Onboarding
It's easy to get overwhelmed with everything that's currently happening so it's very important to take some time for yourself and have those weekends free. Take some naps, jog outside or spend time with your family. A quick pause from work and the issues we face on the weekdays can help relax the mind and bring the A game when Monday comes.
