As we close the chapter on the first half of 2025, we're proud to announce MeetBit 3.0 — our biggest release yet and the first step in transforming MeetBit into a complete customer conversation platform.

Organizing Conversations

Meeting Links have always been a core part of the MeetBit experience. In this release, we’re adding more control over how conversations are routed to your representatives.

Representative Priority

Setting Priority of Representative

You can now specify the priority by which meetings are assigned to representatives. When adding a representative, simply indicate their priority number — the lower the number, the higher the priority, with 0 being the lowest.

Noise Suppression

Using Noise Suppression in MeetBit Rooms

We know not everyone joins from a quiet room. In MeetBit 3.0, you can now turn on noise suppression to silence background noise like keyboard typing, barking dogs, or the wind.

To enable it, hover over the microphone icon, open audio input settings, and toggle Noise Suppression on.

Raising Hands

Raising your Hand inside MeetBit Rooms

If you’ve got something to say but don’t want to interrupt, you can now raise your hand.

Click the hand raise icon in the control bar — this triggers an audible notification for all attendees and adds a hand icon to your tile's nameplate.

Sending Reactions

Sending Reactions inside MeetBit Rooms

Sometimes, a quick emoji says it all. With MeetBit 3.0, you can send animated emoji reactions to engage without unmuting.

To react, hover over the hand raise icon to open the reaction menu, then click on the emoji you'd like to send. It’ll appear animated on your tile for everyone to see.

Analyzing Conversations

Until now, our analytics focused on Meeting Links and Forms. With MeetBit 3.0, you can now gain insights into the actual spoken content of customer conversations.

Multi-Lingual AI Transcriptions

MeetBit Transcription of a Tag-lish Call

Feed audio or video recordings into MeetBit and get accurate transcriptions with support for English, Tagalog, and Tag-lish. Unlike other services, MeetBit Transcriptions capture speech exactly as spoken, including "uhms", stutters, and other dysfluencies — providing a more truthful record of what was said.

This feature works not just with MeetBit Room recordings — you can also upload recordings from external sources like your call center platform.

We're also working to support more languages, especially for conversations where people naturally switch between languages mid-sentence — a reality in many non-English speaking regions.
